Registration

Single conference registration includes the access to the following:

  • All PCEMS 2024 conference sessions
  • All keynote and invited talks
  • Refreshments and lunch (November 11-12, 2024)
  • Conference dinner
  • Conference kit

Please note the following instructions before registering:

  1. Registration form is available at https://pay.vnit.ac.in/home
  2. At least one author for an accepted paper is compulsory to register and present the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
  3. Each paper requires a "Full/Student" registration by an author
  4. In case of Student Author, he/she is required to upload a valid proof of being a student during the registration.
  5. An author can present another paper at the reduced fee @ 50% of the “Full” registration fee, i.e., the total registration fee will be 1.5 times of “Full” Registration fee of the first paper. This discount is applicable only for additional papers to be presented by the same author. (Example: if you are a STUDENT, and you are the only author who is going to register to present your two papers, then you must choose “Full” registration of conference for a 50% discount on the second paper)
  6. If the final manuscript in Springer format exceeds 15 pages, an additional INR 2400 (+18% GST) or USD 30 will be charged for each extra page.
  7. Onsite registration will be available on the days of the conference November 11-12, 2024 starting from 8:00 A.M. at the conference venue.

Note:

  1. Thre is an additional  18% GST for each registration.
  2. The USD conversion rate is considered at INR 90 for the payment of registration fees.
  3. You must upload the final camera-ready submission before you register your paper and pay the registration fee.

  5. The final camera-ready manuscript submission deadline is September 30, 2024, and the program will be finalized immediately after the date. An author registration will be checked before including each paper in the program schedule (and the proceedings).

  7. Please note that we do not entertain the cancellation of registration, and no refund will be provided.
